James "Jimmy" Pitera Jr., born July 15, 1963, at peace September 5, 2022; beloved husband of Sharon, nee Quinn; cherished son of the late James Sr. and the late Jo Ann; loving brother of Jacki (Anthony) Mack and Jenny (Craig) Thompson; brother-in-law of Greg Quinn; wonderful uncle and great-uncle to many.  Jimmy was a dedicated Cubs fan, avid fisherman, enthusiastic reader of mystery novels and an awesome cat dad to Missy and Mister.
