Loving Son of the late Richard and Joanne; Dear uncle of Keith, the late Karl, Kevin, Craig, Caroline and Kathy Kocher.  He was a Army Veteran who served in Vietnam.  Bill was an avid bicyclist and a member of the Evanston Bike Club.  Services and interment Private.  For information, please call the funeral home.
