William "Bill" J. LeSeur, 98, now joins his beloved of 74 years, Arlene, in eternal rest; cherished father of Denise (Joseph Waechter) LeSeur-Waechter and Melissa (Brian) Welch; devoted grandpa of Allison (Christian) Cortez, and Michael (Ashley) Welch; and caring brother of Blaine LeSeur and the late Betty Kolkau; fond uncle to many. Right out of high school Bill enlisted in the Navy where he proudly served during World War II.
