Beloved husband of Mary Parrilli-Coughlan; loving father of Chloe Elise Coughlan and Annice Carmel Coughlan (fiancé Jacob Meding); loving brother of James R. "Dick" Coughlan, William D. "Bill" Coughlan, and Terry (Laura) Coughlan; kind brother-in-law of Bill (Linda) Parrilli; cherished son-in-law of Camille Parrilli; and loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.
