Tammy Brown, 48, of Chicago passed away peacefully with her loving dog by her side.

She is survived by her two daughters and son, her sister, father, and two nieces. Tammy was preceded in death by her mother and brother.

All services held privately. Interment at Union Ridge Cemetery, Chicago IL.
