Robert A. Skogman, age 62, beloved fiancée of Stacy Graves; cherished uncle of William (Amy) Bender, Kimberly Bender, and Kristine (Steve) Travis; dear brother of the late Karen Skogman. He will especially be missed by his dog Harley.
