Robert A. Roth, age 74; beloved husband of Lorraine, nee Shimizu; loving father of Regina (Jay) Rizoli; dearest grandfather of Andrew and Allison Rizoli; cherished son of the late Martin and Rose, nee Hudziak; son-in-law of Midori (the late Pat) Shimizu; dear brother of Richard (Arlene), Randy (Cori) and Roger Roth; brother-in-law of Karen (Paul) Yamada and Dale Shimizu. Robert was an accomplished, lifelong musician, playing alongside Frank Yankovic and for many years with the Versalaires. Robert attended Weber High School, graduated from the Chicago Teachers College and went on to a career teaching at Schurz High School.
