Ptack, Dorothy P. nee: Gallina. Loving wife of the late James. Cherished mother of Judy (Gregg) Mangialardi. Devoted grandmother of Michael (Katelyn) and Alison Mangialardi. Fond sister and aunt of many. Visitation Monday, 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass 10:00 a.m. at St. Monica Church, 5136 N. Nottingham Ave., Chicago.
