Mildred K. Ondraka, 96, of Chicago, passed away January 3, 2016.
United in marriage to the late William F. Ondraka Sr.; loving mother of Laura (Art) Greenstein and William F. Ondraka Jr.; cherished grandmother of Christopher Greenstein and Captain Elizabeth (Josh) Simmons M.D.; beloved daughter of the late Anton and Antoinette Liska; loving sister of Antoinette Moore, Irene White, Mary Richardson, Olga Ondraka, Victor Liska, Susanne Glover and Rudolph Liska.
Visitation Wednesday 10 to 12 p.m. Funeral Service, at 12 p.m. Kolbus-May Funeral Home 6857 W. Higgins Ave., Chicago.
Interment at Ridgewood Cemetery. For info call 773-774-3232.
