Michael A. Malarski, 85, of Chicago, passed away peacefully at home on July 29, 2024. Father of Jeffrey (Regina), Steven and Matthew (Deborah); proud grandfather to Emily, Daniel, Elizabeth, Andrew, Lindsey, Madeline, Henry, Calvin and Luke; fond brother to Henry (Donna), the late Phillip (Barbara) and James (Patricia); caring uncle and friend to many. Michael was a longtime member of St. Eugene Parish and Verbum Dei Missionary Fraternity.

Visitation, Monday, 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral Prayers Tuesday, 9:45 a.m. at Kolbus - John V. May Funeral Home, 6857 W. Higgins Ave., Chicago. Procession to St. Eugene Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., 7958 W. Foster Ave., Chicago. Interment to follow at Union Ridge Cemetery.
