Matthew J. Phillips, 96, passed October 22, 2015, proud Navy Veteran of World War II in the Pacific Theater. He is survived by his wife Dorothy; children Walter Phillips and Beverly (Jeff) Parypinski; grandchildren Mallory (Marc) Dahlquist, and Joanna Parypinski; sister Sophie Wentzel, and uncle to many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Katie, and brothers Frank Phillips and Walter Phillips. Visitation Monday 4 to 9 p.m. at Kolbus – John V. May Funeral Home 6857 W.
