Lucille L. Biel, nee Krause, 89, was born in Stratford, WI on July 13, 1919, and died on September 5, 2008
at The Lutheran Home, Arlington Heights. Lucille spent most of her life in the Evanston and Jefferson
Park areas. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Eden United Church of Christ.
Lucille leaves behind her niece Shirley (Roger) Daniels of Hewitt, WI and her loving friends, Dave and
LaVerne Carlson, their daughters Laurie (Terry) Coley, their children Megan and Lucas, and Debbie
(Dave) Dembowski, their sons Jeremy and Justin. She was preceded in death by her husband David Biel,
and five brothers and sisters. Funeral Service and Interment Monday, family and friends to meet 11:00
a.m. at Ridgewood Cemetery, Swan Lake Chapel, 9900 N. Milwaukee Ave, Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers,
donations to Eden United Church of Christ, 5051 W. Gunnison St., Chicago, IL 60630, would be
