Kathleen Honan-Stege, age 61, of Chicago, IL passed away peacefully on Monday, June 22, 2020. Beloved wife of Rick Stege; loving daughter of the late Patrick and the late Ruth Honan; dear sister of the late Terry Honan, the late Robert  Honan, Jean Stasiek and Patrick Honan; caring aunt of many nieces and nephews.

A private visitation will be held with a memorial mass to follow at a later date.
