Jospeh E. Neisler Jr., 90, of Hemet, CA and formerly of Chicago; beloved husband of Genevieve for 67 years; loving father of Laura (Tom) Frame, Nancy (the late George) Zielinski, Patricia Johnson, Peggy Burnett and Doris (Jeff) Knutsen, cherished grandfather of nine and great-grandfather of five; dear brother of Bill, Evelyn, Larry, Loyd and the late Roger; fond uncle to many.
