Elizabeth "Betty" M. Malek, 92, loving aunt to Jeff Malek, Holly (Henry) Oszakiewski, Tom Malek, the late Missy (Tom) Gulczynski, John Madey, and Steve (Barbara) Madey; great-aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Betty was a retiree from Illinois Bell, a proud parish member of Immaculate Conception, and was involved in the lay ministry as well as volunteering with many church functions.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 10, 2020 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Kolbus-May Funeral Home 6857 W. Higgins Ave., Chicago. Prayers on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 10:15 a.m. from Kolbus-May Funeral Home to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery immediately following.

In light of current restrictions, no more than 50-guests are allowed at a time. We ask that you respect other mourners and the family and keep your visit brief. Social distancing and face masks are mandatory and it is recommended that if you are not feeling well, you should not attend.
