Elida G. Garcia nee Garza, 88, passed on August 26, 2015. Elida is survived by her grandchildren Anthony Garcia, Michael (Jill) Garcia, and Martin (Danielle) Garcia; her great-grandson Aidan; sisters Belia Rojas, Connie Prieto, Irene Ruggieri, and Frances Linker; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Raymond Garcia, loving son Michael Garcia, and parents Frank and Helen Garza. Lying in state at St. Monica Parish, 5136 N. Nottingham, Chicago, on Monday August 31, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Mass at 10:30 a.m. with interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery. For info call 773-774-3232.
