Dolores Morales, age 73, passed away peacefully at her home in Elmwood Park, Illinois on January 3, 2026, after a long battle with illness.

Dolores was born on July 10, 1952, in Loredo, Mexico, to Consuelo Soriano and Manuel Diaz, who preceded her in death. She later made her life in Chicago where she devoted herself to her family and her career.

She is survived by her children: Dolores Perez, Penelope Perez, Christian Morales, and Jessica Morales; her cherished grandchildren Mia, Jeremy, Andres and Zoey; her siblings; and many nieces and nephews.

Dolores will be remembered for her enduring love for her family, her perseverance, and her love for music. Her memory will continue to live in the hearts of all who loved her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
