Boleslaw J. Czyz, 57, of Schiller Park, passed away May 17, 2016. Cherished husband of Malgorzata; loving father of Mariusz (Jadwiga), Daniel (Ewelina); caring grandfather of Emily, Nicholas, Emma and soon to be Baby Ella; dear son-in-law of Wladyslawa Imiela. Visitation Friday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., prayers 8:45 a.m. Saturday at Kolbus – John V. May Funeral Home 6857 W. Higgins Ave., Chicago, to St. Monica Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial.
