Aurelia Augustyniak, age 88, of Seminole, FL formally Chicago, IL peacefully passed away on January 21, 2017 at Suncoast Hospice. She was born in Poland on October 4, 1928. The family migrated to the United States in July 1964 where Aurelia became a factory worker. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Mieczyslaw. She gave birth to 6 children, that she is preceded in death by twin sons Jan and Jozef, survived by her daughters Anna (Josef) Zon and Krystyna (Kazimierz) Leszewicz , preceded in death by her son Richard Augustyniak (Christine) and survived by daughter Elizabeth Augustyniak. She had 9 loving grandchildren that she is survived by Walter (Melinda), Roman, Giovanni, Rachel (Todd), Cathy (Jason), Anthony, Richard Jr. (Natalie), Michael (Elisa), Jamie. She had 9 loving great grandchildren that she is survived by Matthew, Richard, Shawn, Mason, Nathan, Haley, Selina, Michael, and Jamie Jr. Visitation will be on Tuesday January 24, 2017 from 5pm-8pm with the Rosary being prayed at 6pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home 5750 49th Street North St. Petersburg, FL 33709. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday January 25, 2017 at 11am at Mercy of God Polish Mission (St. Paul's Catholic Church) 1800 12th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33704. Visitation will also be held in Chicago on Saturday January 28, 2017 from 9am-10:30am at Kolbus-John V. May Funeral Home 6857 W. Higgins Ave, Chicago, IL 60656. Final resting place will be next to her husband at St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleums 6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714. Block 19 Lot 3 Section 27 Grave 8
