Obituary

Aida Aracely Very was born on March 8, 1959 in San Luis Potosi Mexico. Our beloved sister worked very hard to earn her Medical Degree in 1986 and later earned her specialization in Pediatrics. She graduated from Medical school with top honors.

Aida later decided to take a different path. She left medicine to devote 10 wonderful years in Misericordia working with children and adults with developmental disabilities. She loved working with the students. Those ten years were very rewarding to her.

After discovering her new found talent as an instructor, she later decided to open her own Day Care.  Aida's Day Care became her pride and joy.  She invested her heart and soul in the children she had the opportunity to care for and teach.  She treated those children as if they were her own.  She made sure she prepared them for their next step in elementary school.  Her joy came when she would learn how well prepared the children were at the start of school. Most would start school knowing how to read and write. Her face would light up and you could feel and see the pride in her face.   She was very much loved by the children and the parents of her day care.

Above all her accomplishments, Aida's greatest achievement in life was to have become the mother of Carlos G. Jimenez Very.  Carlos became her world. There was nothing she did not do for her son. Her love for Carlos was immeasurable.  Anything and everything became possible and she demonstrated this in everything she did. From spending countless hours making his childhood costumes to devoting herself in ensuring he had the best education she could provide. She was very proud of the child she raised and the man he would become.

Our beloved daughter/sister bravely battled her illness. She accepted her cancer with peace knowing that it was not one of us.  This is how selfless she was. When she passed away, it broke our hearts but we have the peace of knowing she is no longer in pain and is now with in the hands of God.  She took with her many great memories and left us with many as well.  Her parents, sisters, extended family and friends, will always cherish and will always remember her with great love.

Aida was a beloved Mother of Carlos Guillermo (Catherine), beloved daughter of Carlos & Arcelia Very, beloved sister of Guillermina, Jacqueline (Luis), Norma and Corina (Chris), a beloved aunt of Anna, Kimberly, Charles, Kenny, April, Natasha, Mariana , Luis Carlos, Valeria (Emilio), Luis Guillermo, Dana Laura & Emilio.
