Agnes M. Herbert of Chicago, IL, entered eternal life at age 95 on Thursday, December 31, 2020. Agnes was born on February 6, 1925 in Chicago to Francis Herbert and Marie (Reuland) Herbert. She attended Resurrection Catholic Elementary School and Providence Catholic High School.  Agnes started her secretarial career at Fred Harvey and eventually moved to the law firm of Sidley Austin where she had a successful career as a legal secretary for many years. She was a known knowledgable, dedicated and well respected employee whom the partners valued. Agnes is survived by her sister Mary M. O'Connor, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Frank and John Herbert, her sister in law Joan Herbert, her brother in law Edward O'Connor and her nephew Kevin O'Connor.
Agnes's gentle and kind spirit, generosity and great faith were obvious to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
